At Revive & Glow, we are committed to delivering your order safely, efficiently, and transparently.

Shipping Methods

We use The Courier Guy, a trusted South African courier service, to deliver all orders nationwide.

Shipping rates are calculated in real time at checkout based on:

  • Delivery address

  • Parcel weight and dimensions

  • Selected courier service

Available delivery options may include:

  • Economy Delivery (estimated 3–5 business days)

  • Express / Overnight Delivery (estimated 1–2 business days)

Available options and pricing will be displayed at checkout.


Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.

  • A small handling and packaging fee may be included in the final shipping rate.

  • Free shipping is available on orders of R800 or more (automatically applied at checkout).


Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.


Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on:

  • Location

  • Courier service selected

  • External factors such as weather, public holidays, or courier delays

Revive & Glow cannot be held responsible for delays once an order has been handed over to the courier.


Delivery Address & Contact Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details, including a valid contact number.
Incomplete or incorrect information may result in delivery delays or additional courier charges.


Failed or Returned Deliveries

If a delivery fails due to incorrect address details or customer unavailability:

  • The order may be returned to us

  • Re-delivery costs will be for the customer’s account


Damaged or Missing Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include your order number and clear photos where applicable.


International Shipping

At this time, Revive & Glow ships within South Africa only.
