Returns & Refund Policy – Revive And Glow

At Revive And Glow, we strive to ensure that all our customers are satisfied with their purchases. This Returns & Refund Policy is designed in accordance with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECT Act).


Cooling-Off Period (Online Purchases)

In line with the ECT Act, customers are entitled to a 7-day cooling-off period from the date of delivery.

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the conditions below are met.


Eligible Returns

Returns will be accepted if:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • The product is in a resalable condition

  • The return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase is provided


Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene & Personal Care)

Due to health and hygiene regulations, the following items cannot be returned or refunded if opened, used, or tampered with:

  • Soaps

  • Powders

  • Scrubs

  • Clay pots

  • Skincare and personal care products

This applies unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.


Items Not Eligible for Returns

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products that have been used or opened

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse

  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

  • Returns requested after the 7-day period


Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Defective

  • Damaged in transit

  • Incorrectly supplied

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.


Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email support@reviveandglow.co.za

  2. Include your order number and reason for return

  3. Await return approval and instructions

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns

  • Revive And Glow will cover return shipping costs for defective, damaged, or incorrect items


Refunds

Refunds

  • Once a returned item has been received and inspected, refunds are processed immediately.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds may take 1–2 business days to reflect in your account.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (damaged, defective, or incorrect items).


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
Please return the item (if eligible) and place a new order.
